Greaves Motorsport makes two entries in 2014 European Le Mans Series

Greaves Motorsport will enter both of their Nissan powered, Zytek LM P2 prototypes in the 2014 European Le Mans Series. This decision was made following the surprise late withdrawal of Caterham who had agreed to run one of the team’s cars in the series.

The team had one entry planned with the driver line up led by Tom Kimber-Smith, European Le Mans Series Drivers Champion in 2011 and a three time class winner at the Le Mans 24 Hours. Tom is in his fourth season of racing with Greaves Motorsport. Joining Tom will be former American Le Mans Series LM P1 Drivers Champion and leader of the famous Dyson Racing team, Chris Dyson. Chris has started in over a hundred ALMS events, scoring many victories and raced with Greaves Motorsport in 2013. Another bronze/silver rated driver driver will also race in the car, with details to follow shortly.

After the surprise decision by Caterham not to compete the team are in negotiations with several interested parties regarding seats in the second car and will make an announcement soon to finalise the programme.
